Atlanta Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 12, 2011

Happy Veterans Day!

Atlanta’s 30^th annual Veterans Day parade will be held Saturday, Nov. 12th, in downtown Atlanta. Click HERE for details.   Parade starts at 11:11am and begins on Peachtree Street south of Ralph McGill/Ivan Allen Blvd.

HARP - Home Affordable Refinance Program

This morning our local Ocee Park became the set for a Billy Crystal film "Call Me Artie".   It's really impressive to see the city of tents and trucks that are transforming the park.   This major transformation happened in less than two hours.   By the way, as per the signs, Ocee Park is temporarily closed.
