Have We Turned the Corner on This Real Estate Market Yet?

Mortgage Bankers Association  announced that the percentage of delinquent mortgage holders  dropped to the lowest level in two years during the final quarter of last year.   Delinquency rate on mortgage loans three or more months past due went from 5.02% at the beginning of 2010 to 3.63% at the end of the fourth quarter of 2010.  That's 28%  decrease over the course of the year.  

If less homeowners are behind in payments, there should be less foreclosures.
